All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Meta888 is a single-account platform — each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at any given time. The following account-related conditions must be observed:

3.1 Registration Information

• Your full name must match your official Malaysian identification document (MyKad or passport).
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your own name is required for OTP verification.
• An active email address accessible only by you.
• Valid Malaysian bank account or e-wallet details for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

3.2 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Meta888 account password and login credentials.
• Never share your account information with anyone — including family members, friends, or any other party.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs within your account, unless unauthorised access is proven and promptly reported to Meta888.

Meta888 only accepts deposits made through legitimate payment methods registered under the same member's name. All supported payment methods are recognised Malaysian digital payment platforms:

• The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for regular members, though limits may apply to new accounts during the first 72 hours.
• All deposits are processed within five minutes under normal conditions. If a delay exceeds 30 minutes, please contact customer support with proof of transaction.
• Meta888 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. Any charges incurred are levied by your own payment service provider.
• Deposits made using a payment method not registered in the same member's name will be declined and returned. The return timeline depends on the payment provider's policy.

The withdrawal process at Meta888 is designed to be as fast and straightforward as possible. However, certain conditions and procedures must be followed to ensure the security of all transactions.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Balances below RM50 cannot be withdrawn until the minimum threshold is reached.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the deposit — for bank accounts, this must be the same account; for e-wallets, to the same account.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. Please provide a copy of your MyKad and proof of payment account ownership when requested.
• Withdrawals made within 24 hours of a deposit may require additional security checks, which could extend processing times.

5.2 Processing Time

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for members who have completed full KYC verification.

Meta888 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the terms and rollover requirements specified in each individual promotion. The general conditions applicable to all Meta888 bonuses are as follows:

• Each member is entitled to claim each bonus type once only, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Rollover is calculated based on total wager amount (turnover), not winnings. Example: A bonus of RM100 with a 10x rollover requires RM1,000 in wagers before a withdrawal can be made.
• The Meta888 welcome bonus is exclusively available to new members who have never previously held a Meta888 account. Members who re-register using different information are not eligible for this bonus.
• Free spins awarded as bonuses may only be used on the slots specified in the promotion. Winnings from free spins may be subject to separate rollover requirements.

• Use of Bots & Automated Software: The use of any automated software, scripts, or tools that operate without genuine human input to play games or place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion & Fraud: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes — including in poker and live table games — is a form of fraud and may result in legal action.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately seeking out and exploiting bugs in the game software for personal gain is prohibited. Players who discover a bug are encouraged to report it to Meta888 support.
• Platform Interference: Any attempt to disrupt, attack, or compromise the security and performance of Meta888's technical infrastructure is strictly prohibited and may be reported to Malaysian cybercrime authorities.

Meta888 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited activities set out in Section 8.
• Detection of suspicious or unusual account activity indicating potential fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Failure to fulfil identity verification requests or provide supporting documents within the specified timeframe.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the member — whether for self-exclusion from gambling or for other personal reasons.

When an account is closed at the member's own request with no violations involved, any valid balance (not subject to any bonus restrictions) will be returned to the member via the same payment method used for the last deposit, within 3–5 business days.
